Sync projects, tasks, and team activity from YouGile project management into your knowledge base
The YouGile connector synchronizes projects, tasks, comments, and team activity from YouGile project management platform into your knowledge base. Each project and task is converted to a document with status, ownership, and progress data.

How It Works
- Company Validation — Verifies OAuth access to YouGile workspace
- Project Listing — Retrieves projects with metadata
- Task Fetching — Downloads tasks with assignments and status
- Document Generation — Projects and tasks become searchable entries

Pagination
Uses task ID offset. Cursor format: offset:{task_id}.
Limitations
- Comment sync limited to 500 characters per task
- File attachments not synced, only references
- Archived projects kept for 60 days
