Sync shipments, orders, and delivery tracking from Yandex Delivery into your knowledge base
The Yandex Delivery connector synchronizes shipments, delivery orders, and tracking information from Yandex Delivery into your knowledge base. Each shipment is converted to a document with order details, status, and delivery information.
Authentication
API Key — requires:
- Yandex Delivery merchant account
- API key with shipment read permissions

How It Works
- Account Validation — Verifies API access to Yandex Delivery account
- Shipment Listing — Retrieves shipments with pagination
- Tracking Data — Processes delivery status and locations
- Document Generation — Shipments become searchable documents

Pagination
Uses shipment ID offset. Cursor format: offset:{shipment_id}.
Limitations
- Real-time tracking updates every 30 minutes
- Archived shipments kept for 1 year
- Delivery proof documents not synced
