Sync restaurant orders and customer data from Yandex Eda into your knowledge base
The Yandex Eda connector synchronizes restaurant orders, customer feedback, and performance metrics from Yandex Eda into your knowledge base. Each order is converted to a document with order details, customer information, and ratings.
Authentication
API Key — requires:
- Yandex Eda restaurant account
- API key with order and analytics read access

How It Works
- Restaurant Validation — Verifies API access to Yandex Eda account
- Order Listing — Retrieves orders with pagination

Pagination
Uses order ID offset. Cursor format: offset:{order_id}.
Limitations
- Personal phone numbers are masked
- Real-time order sync has 10-minute delay
- Archived orders kept for 3 years
