The jivo connector allows you to synchronize data from your jivo system into your knowledge base.
Authentication
OAuth or API Key — authenticate with your jivo account. Required scopes or permissions depend on the specific operations you need:

How It Works

Limitations
- Rate limiting varies by jivo plan
- Maximum records per sync depends on API quotas
- Some fields may not be available in lower tier plans
- Sync frequency depends on your AACFlow subscription
Common Issues
If sync fails, check:
- Connection credentials are still valid
- Required scopes are granted in jivo
- Rate limits haven't been exceeded
- Network connectivity to jivo services
