The 1C:Bitrix connector syncs data from erp/crm service into your knowledge base.
Authentication
The connector requires valid API credentials from your 1C:Bitrix account.
Configuration

Sync Behavior
The connector automatically syncs data on schedule:
- Fetch records from 1C:Bitrix API
- Convert to plain-text documents with field labels
- Extract titles from configured title fields
- Update knowledge base with new/changed records
